Easy Enough
It had been just minutes earlier when he'd left for the pleasure to find others, but it had been easy... too easy. He galloped behind the sorrel mare, rounding her towards his newly founded land. She'd hate it here, guaranteed. How could she like it? Unless of course he managed to change her mind towards the dark side of things, instead of the pathetic light mules. He finally shifted his pace to a speeding trot, passing her up to stop her. He grinned and finally halted, looking around in the land he had learned to love. Eyeing the fae, he grinned and snorted, showing she couldn't leave here unless she had asked first. He couldn't wait to get all the fun out of his system.

She galloped along in front of him. This place was strange, dark. Ears flick back as she hears him slow down, then she stops as he comes up beside her. A slight roll of the eyes under eyelids as he snorted. Well, if this was it, it wasnt very impressive. This is it? She asked quietly, a cold tone in her voice. She looked around, ignoring his lustful looks.

He didn't mind her thoughts. She'd learn soon enough that it was hell's backyard. A place where no light wants to be. He noticed her attitude but did nothing to prevent it from happening. Though he was more dominant than her he couldn't make her stop the attitude. In fact, he like attitude. It was something he liked to laugh at. She thought attitude was something to be proud of when all it really does is get you in trouble. Ha. That's funny. This is it. His tone moved from a dark toned breath to a regular voice that a neutral may sound like. It didn't matter much to him. He could care less what she thought about him. She was just a toy... a pet. Nothing more.

Whatever. She replied, looking around again. So, if this was the land she would be forced to live in, so be it. She might as well get to know the place. Even though it was dark, her optics glowed slightly, taking in all light that was nessecary(sp?) to see. A few steps taken forward, and she sniffed the ground.

Another snort was made from the brute as he picked up an easy trot away from the mare. He'd allow her to wander as she pleased. It would be her fault if she fell upon something she didn't like. But tomorrow, the real work would begin. He wasn't a stalker type 'quine, but indeed this one was too easy to convince. He could already notice it was a weakness in her. He chuckled at the thought before curling up into the darkness of the night, stalking his prey, waiting for the morning night.

She walked away from him, as he went away from her. Chectnut bod lowers to the ground as she looks about at her new surroundings, not even caring much anymore. The silent breeze lifted tresses of her mane, she snorted at it and turned her head away. Well, whatever that stallion thought about her, he was wrong. It was all a game to her, she didnt care. Tomorrow she would have some fun, maybe taunt the brute a bit.

The Morning has come. [/size] Darkened brute rested in the shadows of his newly found homeland. He realized he had fallen on his side while he was in his slumber, for when he opened his darkened orbs he noticed his blood-stained hooves before him, resting straight out in front of him. He snort, something flying from his nose when he realized what had happened yesterday. He quickly reacted and sat up on his side. Moving his pillars from beneath him, he stretched them out in front of him and pulled himself up from his resting place, mane landing on his side with crumbles of dried mud dangling off the black strands. He snorted again before shaking his crest, dirt flying everywhere from him. He gave another snort.
The morning mist hid his lower pillar area as he picked up a skillful trot towards the place where he had left his mare. Noticing that she wasn't there, he continued on at the same pace, finally seeing her rested on the ground. He gave a wicked smirk as he slowed to a walk before snorting once more, shaking his dial but keeping his distance from the mare, allowing her to wake up before the real work began. He lowered his muzzle to the ground. Now the morning due hid all his bodic besides his withers and low back. He nibbled at the small amount of weeds there were in his land, thinking about the day that lay ahead.

A loud snort from the stallion jerked her to her senses. Chestnut head rises as she remembers the happenings of the day before, hearing another snort behind her. Brown gaze looks round, catching sight of the bay stallion who had become her captor. She rises from the ground, shaking the dust off of her chestnut hide. Head lowers and maw begins to bite at the stalks below her, the land seemed completely and almost food-free here. Thoughts turn to the stallion's expression, what did he have in mind? She wondered silently, taking no notice of the stallion.

Bay stud pricked his head up immediately when he heard the sound of dust flying off a chestnut bodic. He grinned, wondering if he should think again about what he had planned for the day. Something she most likely wouldn't expect. He walked slowly over to the mare, head hung low, hiding his face slightly from the mist. Once he reached the mare he lifted his dial high and looked at the sorrel arabian with a smirk. Morning. He spoke, standing tall and somewhat proud, but didn't show dominance at all towards her.

Could this be friendlyness? No, she was sure he had a trick going on here. Nevertheless, she would play along and see what happened, then maybe pull the rug out from under him. Suspicious gaze looked at him, standing tall and proud but obviously not showing dominance. Morning. She replied quietly, watching silently.

Ruffian stepped closer to her. Have anything planned for the day? He asked, a little teasery in his voice. He wasn't usually in this good of mood. Perhaps waking up to a land of his own helped with whatever it was that made his so jolly. Weight shifted towards one side as he awaited a response from the sorrel vixen. He kinda liked her. She was interesting. Made life somewhat... sunshiny. He didn't like it but until he would cause her misery he'd allow it.

She looked at him. Not really. Chestnut tresses flick around her legs, showing impatience. For some reason she wanted to actually do something, not graze or explore for once. She looked at the sky.
